C: operating principle and structure characteristics：

The operating principle of this machine is the same as the ordinary kneader. The pressure lead to the material, the two rotors move in the different speed ratio in the airtight groove, with of shear, extrusion, mixing, folding volume etc. After kneading function, plastic (mixing) refined into needing raw material.

3.1 mixing device

Mixing chamber, left and right side plate forms a closed slot, front and rear rotor bearing using the centripetal spherical roller bearing, through bearing sleeve which separately fixed at the left and right of the side plate.

Left and right side plates are cooling(heating) jacket cavity structure. Touching surface with the material of the intine proceed hardening (plated hard chromium plating) processing, mixing chamber thickness is 0.1~0.15mm，hardness is HV900~1000.

Rotor of the long and short two spiral welded edges on the rotor shaft, edge peak and working edge peak side surface, the rotor seals surfacing both are welding carbide wear-resisting, rotor hardness is 50 HRC, thickness is 5 mm. Touching with the material of the rotor surface hardening (hard chromium plating) processing, the thickness of 0.1 ~ 0.15 mm, its hardness is HV900 ~ 1000.

Rotor end face are sealed by sealingring against top on the surface sealing of rotor through pressing sleeve. Sealing ring is made up of high temperature resistant, wear resistant, small expansion coefficient of bronze and teflon material. Friction work head face needn’t oil lubrication, so can guarantee a good sealing effect and no pollution material.

3.2 drive system

Main drive are driven by belt with main motor, then driving gear reducer,  Reducer output shaft are driven through the inner gear coupling driving ratio gear to reach front and back rotor relative rotary movement.

3.3 Flip device and Drive system

Tilt Motor (electromagnetic brake: the three-phase asynchronous motor) drive reducer worm, worm gear through the cycloidal. Worm gear are fasten to front rotors (left bearing sleeve).The moving of worm gear make the mixing device rollover unloading material and treating the rotor axial lead as center. Host machine adopts rollover unloading material. Mixing chamber device turn 140°after unloading, then recovery. Mixing chamber flips by limit switch , high accuracy, good durability.

3.4 Swage setting device、dust keeper and air control system

Pressure lead driven by cylinder pressure. Swage setting device’s pressure device under the impetus of the cylinder pressure was carried out on the material. Pressure lead use jacketed welding structure internal cooled water and material contact surface hardening treatment. Pressure lead is equipped with sealing strip around, prevent the mixing process of powder leaked. Pressure of cylinder at the top of the rack installation, operation process by limit switch limit.

3.5 Electrical heating system

The machine adopts aluminum heating, heating plate is easy to tear open outfit and replacement.
